  2. You get a practical reply

    The reply may include clarifying questions, a suggested review path, or a recommendation to book a short call if the scope needs discussion.

  3. Scope and quote come after fit

    If a project makes sense, the next document should explain inclusions, exclusions, timeline, assumptions, content needs, and approval points before build work starts.
